Stewart positive over possible points deduction

Stewart, who has been funding the club for over a month, but hasn't publicly confirmed he has signed on the dotted line to take over the Millers as yet, believes a decision could be around a month or so away before the Football League advise on whether the club will face a 15 point penalty.

"We've put a good case together but it's up to the League to look at our CVA" he explained.

"The administrators put most of it together and are quite confident. I always take the view to look at the worst case scenario which would be 15 points. That's as bad as it can get but we hope it will be better than that."

Millers fans still wait for news on ticketing arrangements and prices for Don Valley Stadium, where the club have relocated after leaving their 101 year Millmoor home late last month.
