“We’ve had a lot of time to plan for next season, There’s a structure in place which identifies the right DNA of player we’re looking for and what type of players we want."
“I think we’re looking in the region of five or six, maybe seven new players for next season. Paul has been identifying his targets and there’s a support structure there to help him get who he wants."
“We probably need a strong midfielder and there are obviously other areas where we’ll need to strengthen. But we also want to give the lads who did so well last year the opportunity to impress. We’ve seen the young players come on so much, they deserve their chance.” he added.
