Sharps a doubt for Millers crunch fixture

Despite four points over the Easter period, failure to beat the Cumbrians could result in the Millers being relegated with three games still to go in the campaign.

Boss Mark Robins looks like having to do without the services of Ian Sharps, who has recaptured early season promise in the last half a dozen outings since his return to the back four.

He limped off with a hamstring injury just before the interval in Monday's 1-1 draw at Forest, with Robins telling today's Star: He felt something but actually wanted to go back on.

"We definitely ruled that one out because with something like that there is the danger you will make it worse.

"He's not been ruled out yet and we'll give him every chance and make a final decision over the next couple of days.

"Ian has done well since coming back into the side and was doing well again at Forest when he had to come off."

The full team news and stats ahead of Saturday's game will appear on the site later.
