Rotherham v Rochdale at The New York Stadium - Match Preview

Wigan's Nouha Dicko and Newcastle pair James Tavernier and Haris Vuckic are all on temporary deals at New York and boss Steve Evans is waiting for news on whether he can pick them, but will keep Dale guessing until he names his team.

Evans however has trained for the likelyhood that they won't be available and Richard Brindley will be recalled to take Tavernier's place at right back.

Michael O'Connor has seen a specialist on his thigh problem and will play no part tomorrow, while Rob Milsom is doubtful with a back injury.

Joe Skarz (hamstring) is fine to resume at left-back while David Worrall could be involved after getting the all clear following a lengthy absence.

Rochdale central defenders Olly Lancashire and former Rotherham loanee Jack O'Connell will both return to contention following suspension.

The duo missed last weekend's goalless draw at York following respective dismissals in the recent home defeat to Scunthorpe, but manager Keith Hill could be tempted to recall the pair for the FA Cup tie.

Club skipper Peter Cavanagh (Achilles) returned to the bench as an unused substitute last week following a four-month lay-off and is closing in on a return to action.
