"I've been looking to get Stockdale, Gilchrist, Minto and Lawrence and Morris and people like that into the football club. All of a sudden it looks like we're not going to be able to afford them.
"It's like having an 'A' team and now a 'B' team and now I've got to go down on the 'B' list, and hopefully get people in.
"That's no disrespect to the players we've got to go and try to get to sign for the club but it would have been nice if we could have had that bit more quality."
