Robins set to make changes to face Luton?

"It's a big game and Luton will come here with high expectations. It's the first meeting between teams with points penalties and there's a bit of interest in it." - That was the viwe of manager Mark Robins ahead of tomorrows bottom 3 clash against Luton.

After 2 poor performances on the pitch, Robbo is looking to make changes in the team, but added the confidence in the squad was good.

"We are on home soil and that brings added pressure, but it's nothing we can't handle. We showed great character to come back to draw against Rochdale last week and the players have generally done well in the first month."

"Looking at the last two games, we lost in the fourth minute of injury time at Chesterfield and then scored a late equaliser to draw with last season's play-off finalists. That in itself isn't a bad achievement." he added.

Robbo then turned attentions to Tuesday nights Carling Cup 3rd round game against Southampton; "Southampton are a really good, young footballing side and they stick to their principles, They'll pass it and pass it and pass it and we've got to make sure we don't end up having to chase it. They'll fancy their chances and we'll have to be on top of our game otherwise we'll get nothing from the game."

"I want people to remember that the cup is just a bonus to us-we have a 17- point deficit to overturn. Survival was always the aim this season and I think some forget that. We're still seven points short of the next team above us, Barnet."

"We have to make sure we are mentally right for every game otherwise you can come unstuck, like we did last Saturday. I'm considering changes but I won't reveal them. We'll have to wait and see what happens."
