Robins seeking daily administrator meeting

Speaking to todays Rotherham Star, boss Mark Robins is looking to gain some clarification on what happens next as regards his team.

It is looking like the players will agree to a 50% wage deferral and still the possibility of some leaving Millmoor on loan to other clubs in a bid to trim the wage bill even further.

"I need to speak to the administrator as soon as possible, and do so on a daily basis, because things have moved along now obviously and this result might change things.

"But, it remains to be seen what happens and we need to address matters each day. Whether yesterday's result determines if people move out I don't know but it's a possibility. Robins said.

"What say I have in it all remains to be seen. But the players want to speak to him as well. There's been talk of pay deferrals but nothing confirmed yet. That may be coming, we need clarification. That will be on the agenda for discussion.

"It is difficult, there is a lot of uncertainty and it wants clearing up for the benefit of everybody. With everything that is going on, there is a lot of negativity around the place. We have to show mental strength, everybody.

"But at the end of it all, there is a football club to be saved." he added.
