Robins makes running to seal Bean deal

Bean, 22, has had previous spells with QPR and Swansea City and can play both out wide or in the centre and has been brought in to cover for the injured Mark Hudson who is expected to be out of action for around six to eight weeks.

There is a possibility of extending the contract but at this moment in time this is not thought to be a priority. The signing seems to quash speculation of a link with Blackburn's Keith Treacy and Sheffield United midfielder Ian Ross.
