Robbo's striker bid continues

Earlier this week it was rumoured in the local press that Robins was looking at several irons in the fire including a Championship striker, with league clubs still able to pen loan deals after the seven day ban on signing players ends following transfer deadline day.

The emergency loan system is one that will benefit alot of lower league clubs especially with the divisions all being very competitive this season and the battle for promotion and relegation continues to hot up.
