With loanee Jamie Annerson returning to Sheffield United, the Millers are hoping and praying that Andy Warrington stays fit and card-free for the next few weeks.

With that in mind, Robbo has thrown plenty of praise at his number one keeper. Speaking to todays Rotherham Star he said; "Andy has been brilliant from day one and has proved a key signing as I expected he would."

"I watched him with Bury towards the end of last season because he was coming back after suffering a broken leg with Doncaster and he had his mobility back and I was convinced he was the one for us. When I spoke with him, he was keen to come - he comes from this area of course - and took on board what we were aiming to do here." he added

"I knew what he could do as a goalkeeper and he is someone who talks to the back four and is an excellent organiser. He has brought a certain reassurance to the side."

"Andy is a good pro, he works hard and is an excellent example for youngsters to take note of,"
