Reid, 21, scored 19 goals for the Millers last season and had been linked with a host of clubs including Blackpool, who had a concrete bid accepted.
However West Brom had bid a rumoured £300k which is unconfirmed by both clubs and the deal was sealed on Friday afternoon, putting an end to the ongoing saga.
