"There are one or two that are knocking on the door, I'm talking the likes of Marc Newsham and Liam King, there's also lads in the youth team at the moment who are looking for pro contracts."

"Everybody's got to play for contracts, it should be that all your career and you should be looking to improve all the time, and that's what I'll be looking for from the players as long as I'm in charge." he told Football Heaven.
