Despite being again in the schmuck cash wise and not recording a win for 7 games, the Millers captain Graham Coughlan told the 'Tiser that he was optimistic for the rest of the season; "We've got ourselves into a great position, We've got fourteen cup finals still to play."

"Promotion is still very much on the cards! We know we have to get back to winning ways. Hopefully that will be against Lincoln on Saturday." he said.

Coughlan went on to describe the feeling in the squad when Monday's news was broken to them; "The initial feeling was one of suprise and shock, Of course it's news you don't want to hear, but there's nothing you can do about it as a player. We have a choice, we can sit round and sulk or roll our sleeves up and get on with it. I believe the players at this club will do the latter."

"Everyone has predicaments in their lives, I certainly have in my career. But when the referee blows his whistle all you are thinking about is about claiming three points." he added.

"It is going to be up to us older players, me, Andy Warrington and Marc Joseph to help the lads through and make sure that everyone sticks together." he finished with.
