Boss Mark Robins was keen to express his desire to fans that his team would be giving 100% until the end of the campaign, and that the players would be willing to defer a percentage of their salaries during the clubs period of administration.

Meanwhile Irish Property developers the McMullen brothers are believed to want to take the club out of administration at the beginning of April, if they can progress talks with the club about a possible takeover.

Robins told Radio Sheffield after meeting the administrator earlier; "We were told that the wages will be met in March and I passed that information onto the players, but after speaking to the administrator I found out thats not the case and was asked to take a deferral for the months wages."

"The Players want to assure the fans and everybody connected to the club that they will be giving 100% from now until the end of the season regardless of any problems with salary." Robbo added.
