Opportunities like this don't come often - Moore

"I want to lead the side out at Wembley more than anything." The Millers boss Ronnie Moore tells todays Advertiser as the Millers embark on 2 possibly 3 of the most important games for years.

As the Millers head to Aldershot, the players should be fired up Moore adds; "If the players aren't motivated, there's something wrong, They should want to run through a brick wall for this."

"There's an opportunity to play at Wembley and to play in League One and even for the players who might not be here next season, there's pride to play for and a chance to impress other clubs in front of the live TV cameras. Opportunities like this don't come around very often and what a day it will be if we get to Wembley."

"The players should want to go out and do it not just for themselves but for their families because Wembley is a fantastic day out for their partners, their mums and dads and their kids. I so want to get through, I feel as though I could go and play half-an-hour myself! I want to lead the side out at Wembley more than anything."

Moore says he's not looking to take a draw at the Recreation ground tomorrow and go for it at DVS on Tuesday night; "The reason we've won 11 away games in the league this season is because we've gone and played our natural game and made an impression on teams, We've got to give it a go but be sensible also with a solid 4-4-2. The back four will have to defend and defend well. Aldershot break away quickly and we want to go into the second leg with everything to play for."

"The thing with us is, we're capable of going there and winning 5-0 but we're also capable of losing 2-0. You just don't know which team is going to turn up. If we play like we can play then I think we will beat them. It will be a test of nerve and the team that holds its nerve will get through."

"We're going to need workaholics down there,"
