Reports late last week on MAD confirmed the Lions were interested in taking O'Grady on a weeks trial, but the wantaway striker, who won't play for the Millers again after disagreeing to a wage deferral as the club entered administration, has decided to look elsewhere.

It's believed the 22 year-old may want to apply his trade further North.

Meanwhile, talks are set to open with administrator Jeremy Bleazard and the 'preferred bidder' to buy the club in the next 24 hours as boss Mark Robins seeks a meeting with Bleazard today to assess the latest situation.
