Skipper Sharps has been passed fit to play despite breaking his nose against Gillingham at the weekend.

Evans looks set to continue with Kari Arnason at the heart of his defence but also has the option to draft in Nicky Hunt at full back if he chooses to use Johnny Mullins at centre half. Mark Bradley is still unavailable with a groin problem.

Andy Warrington should continue in goal despite Scott Shearer's return to fitness.

Elsewhere Courtney Cameron is likely to play at left back as he did in the first tie, with Liam Ridehalgh cup-tied.

Evans told BBC Radio Sheffield: "Ian's breathing is fine, he's been training but we'll get a medical check on him before the game.

"Andy Warrington knows that if he makes a mistake then Scott Shearer is ready to come back in and that competition is good for us.

"Saturday was the best performance we've had by a long way and if we keep playing like that then we'll be promoted. It was a fantastic performance but we didn't win the game.

"We're very respectful of what Notts County are all about and we'll go there and work as hard as we can."

Alan Judge is still missing through injury for Keith Curle's men, but former Millers winger Jamal Campbell-Ryce and controversial striker Lee Hughes both return to the squad.

Millers fans can pay on the gate at Meadow Lane as both clubs battle for a place to play Aldershot in round three.

Coverage of the game is also live on BBC Radio Sheffield.
