A Month after the court case against the Booths was thrown out, the Millers are still being frustrated in thier efforts to reduce the £16k per month rent bill for Millmoor and the Hooton Lodge training facility.

Speaking to todays 'Tiser, Giles Brearley said The silence is deafening, he said.

He also revealed that after speaking to the directors of Chester City last weekend the Millers are paying over 4 times of what Chester pay for the Deva stadium. "They told me that they pay only £4,166 a month on their ground—that's 25 per cent of what we're paying."

"And remember that the Deva Stadium is only ten years old. Also, they have an internal repair lease which only requires them to do internal repairs. Our lease leaves us responsible for ALL repairs—internal, structural, the lot. It really does drive home the unfairness of the situation here at Millmoor and the need to come to a more favourable agreement." he added.

The club are still looking for talks with Rotherham Borough Council to look for a way forward for a community ground for both the Millers and the Titans.
