New Millers book to hit selves on Saturday.

The book starts with how this supporter caught the Millers' bug and then onto the contacts with Poland (when still over in Rotherham) with fans of the English game out there. When I left to live over in Poland in '93 the contacts developed into a supporters' club based around the Millers which laid the foundation for the Polish Millers' league club. The book builds on from there...

The club won more promotions than could be counted on one hand (the first team and two youth teams) and led to setting up of two football grounds in the area via the club - as before the club's creation there was no ground there. This book can prove it!! Such was the success of the club that it had several lads called up to the polish F.A.'s representative team of excellence.

Approx 150 articles were written in the Millers' match programme during a six-year period. The book is roughly the size of the Ronnie Moore book with well over 100 photos, lots of maps it has 265 sides and it is one which I hope which will give Rotherham supporters some idea just of the scale of what was achieved over there under the Millers' banner. But life was never easy over there due to opposition from certain quarters and launching the club introduced many problems.

If anyone wishes to know what would make me to leave behind such a successful club, which was in effect my life - read the book.

Dave Nicholls, former Millers Commercial Manager has written the Foreword for the book and there are also two short pieces from the Polish F.A. in general written for Millers' supporters.

The book will be priced £7.99 and part of the profits will go towards the Zambian Millers
