The Millers have been in talks with RMBC in an attempt to either get a new grouund built or renovate Millmoor into a community stadium for both the Millers and the Titans.
However in todays Advertiser, Mike Cuff - Rotherham Council's CEO explained that the talks were being delayed.
"A great deal of work has been taking place and the authority is still testing the feasibility of the project." he said.
"It is a highly complex siituation and at this stage discussions are obviously commercially confidential, We are trying to proceed as quickly as possible." Cuff added.
However rumours on the MillersMAD messageboard are saying that feasibility study is recommending that RMBC do not get involved with Millmoor.
