More signings expected as time is of the essence for Robbo

Although the club is still in administration, boss Mark Robins is still working hard to improve the squad signing midfielder Michael Cummins on a 2 year deal last week.

Speaking to todays Rotherham Star, Robbo said that he has been in talks with a defender and a striker; "I got Michael Cummins in quickly and I have been speaking to other targets and hope to sort something out pretty soon.

"I think it is important not to sit around waiting but, when you have identified people, to get on and get the business done," Robins added.

Last season Robins had his squad complete for the start of pre-season training.

Meanwhile, it looks as if striker Chris O'Grady is on his way out of Millmoor with Oldham Athletic renewing thier interest in him.
