It is in the intrest of both parties to come to some agreement, with the Club wanting to stay at Millmoor and the training ground at Hooton Lodge, while the Booth Family will lose out on a reported £100k rent on Millmoor.

Should the club move to DVS then it would lose the training ground where the clubs centre of excellence is based which would affect the youth setup - essential for the clubs future.
