Moore hoping for Randall Christmas prezzie, plus York concerns

The loanee managed just 20 minutes of his debut at Southend a few weeks ago and was anticipated to be out for around 7 weeks.

And Moore told Millersplayer he hopes to have Randall back sooner rather than later.

"He can't do an awful lot with his arm but he's doing leg work and it won't be long now before he can start doing a bit of swimming. It seems ridiculous to bring him all the way here when he's stationed at Milton Keynes anyway so it's easier for Arsenal to look after him there", said Moore.

'We're hopeful that we can get him back around Christmas and if that happens then he'll be a massive plus for us. We can extend his loan which ends on 25th January but we need to get him back here."

Moore is also facing a headache around another loanee Danny Coid, who is unavailable for Wednesdays FA Cup replay at York after his impressive debut in the win over Oxford.

The boss may turn to Jamie Green to play at right back with Dale Tonge and Johnny Mullins still around two weeks off fitness, after the FA stepped in to block Blackpool's decision to allow Coid to participate due to him not being registered with the Millers when the first game was staged at Don Valley.

Ryan Cresswell will see a specialist again today after coming off at half time at the weekend with a continuation of his troublesome back spasms.
