Moore and Bullock heap praise on Warro

It's not often a player has praise for the opposing goalkeeper, but that's just what Lee Bullock had for Andy Warrington who helped the Millers run out 4-2 winners in a match that at times was end to end.

Andy pulled off a number of fine saves, but the one from Bullock, tipping a fierce 12 yard half volley over the crossbar, was his finest.

Speaking to The Star Bullock said. "It was an incredible save.

"I was a youngster at York when Andy played there and he used to pull off that sort of save all the time. He seems to have been pulling saves off against me all my career."

Millers boss Ronnie Moore has been impressed with Warrington since returning as manager, and is looking to get the 33 year old's signature tied to a new contract.

Moore added: "That save looked good at the time but when you see it again on video, you wonder how he managed it because their lad really caught it flush and he wasn't far out either.

"In my mind he's the best goalkeeper in our division, he's a great shot-stopper and brilliant one-v-one and he has earned the right to a new contract.

"He's been on top of his game this season and I'm glad we are tying something up with Andy."
