The verification scheme has been running over a month and Millers Trust report that there has been an excellent response to the Buy a Brick Verification Scheme with over 500 fans submitting on line update forms and over 300 submitting them at Don Valley home games or by post.
The verification process is now underway with forms submitted being cross referenced to the database.
The Trust has received a high volume of email enquiries and is dealing with them around work commitments. Receipt of the forms and confirmation of the personal messages will be acknowledged by the Trust on or before completion of the verification process.
The time for completing and submitting an update form is now being extended to the last day of the season namely Saturday 5 May 2012 to enable the 200 fans who have not yet completed a form to do so.
It is clear from a number of the emails we have received that fans who have moved to different areas of the country have in some cases only just become aware of the updating process.
