Millers v Preston at The New York Stadium - Preview

Frecklington and Revell both suffered knocks in Tuesday's 2-1 Capital One Cup victory over Sheffield Wednesday and are rated as 50/50.

Boss Steve Evans has ruled out striker Daniel Nardiello as he continues to battle a hamstring injury suffered in pre-season.

Danny Hylton, Michael Tidser, David Noble and David Worrall will all behoping for the nod if Frecklington and Revell do not make it as the Millers look to continue their unbeaten start to the season.

Preston could be without Stuart Beavon and fellow forward Iain Hume when they visit New York Stadium.

Beavon's pre-season has been disrupted by a knee injury and he is yet to feature for North End this season, although he returned to training on Thursday.

Meanwhile Hume, who was welcomed back in to the fold following his loan spell with Doncaster last season, came off in the 1-0 Capital One Cup win over Blackpool on Monday night with a groin strain.

Defender Paul Huntington will be available despite losing a tooth against the Tangerines when he celebrated Tom Clarke's dramatic late winner.
