Cheltenham however provide stiff opposition, sitting in third place but looking for their first win in three on the road.

Manager of the month winner Mark Yates brings his side north which just one injury victim, after Lawson D'Ath returned to Reading with a knee problem.

Cheltenham assistant Neil Howarth told BBC Gloucestershire: "We've had a tough month, but we've got two points from two games and we're really pleased with it. Rotherham away is as hard as they come.

"They are a big club in our league and will want to get promoted this season."

Millers boss Steve Evans has his hands tied regards changes after last weeks 5-0 drubbing at Dagenham due to a lengthy injury list.

Daniel Nardiello is one player who could feature from the start whlst Craig Morgan is in a race to be fit after coming off last Saturday.

Luke Rooney is a likely starter again after completing his first full weeks training session following a loan move and new Aston Villa loan signing Courtney Cameron will also figure.

Evans told Radio Sheffield: "We've got it in our locker to win by four or five, but we also have it in our locker to lose by that same amount.

"People are saying that we're in a crisis because we're not top of the league but I have always maintained that if we are in the promotion pack come January, then we will be promoted.

"Mark Yates has done a terrific job at Cheltenham and they were unlucky not to get promoted last season."
