The 24year old winger from Sheffield has been a target of various Championship clubs this season, and has recently signed a 3 year contract with the Millers.

Sedgy
Preston offered the Millers £300,000 for him, in what has been a busy day for them with them also signing Patrick Agyemang from Gillingham for £350k. North End missed out on Scott Dobie who went to Millwall.

Ronnie told the official site "First of all Stoke City came in for Sedgy with £250,000 then it was Nottingham Forest with a derisory £50,000 and now it's Preston. But thankfully the chairman Mr Booth has turned the offer down as he knows I want to hang on to players like him and I'm grateful to him for that.

Every player has his price and if the offer had been £1m then it might have been a different story."

Sedgy has been at the club since he was 17.
