Millers to wave goodbye to Millmoor?

The ground was first used by the formerly named Rotherham County back in 1907 and now in 2008, Barnet could be the final visitors in an emotional occasion.

Negotiations are continuing today with landlords the Booths and new Chairman Tony Stewart over the lease on the ground, if an agreement can't be reached it's likely the club will be moving elsewhere for next season, possibly Don Valley - located just into the neighbouring city of Sheffield.

Chief Operating Officer Paul Douglas told the Star: "Nothing is absolutely definite that it is the last game but I wouldn't bet against it.

"In view of the uncertainty, we feel we have a duty to tell everyone that it could be the club's final game here."

A decision needs to be reached sooner rather than later to start the planning for issues such as season ticket sales.
