Millers stadium plans set for Parkgate??

RMBC and the club have been in ongoing talks for months to try and finalise funding for a new Community stadium for the football and rugby clubs in the town.

As the stranglehold of the Ken Booth lease tightens around Rotherham's necks, rumoured developments this week coming out of council meetings suggest that the opinions of many on our messageboards who suggested a prospective site at Parkgate (possibly behind Morrisons or somewhere aronud the retail world) may be right.

The Millers chariman Denis Coleman (left) and director Gary hall have been pushing the ground campaign in the last few weeks with ticket deals against Macclesfield, Wycombe and Hereford to try and raise the support in the town and increase the gates on matchday infront of watching council officials.
