20 year old defender Lenny Agbaire joins the Millers on a permanant deal.
The central defender joins the Millers from Celtic and was highly rated up north despite not making a senior appearance for them.
Speaking to the Advertiser, boss Matt Hamshaw said. "He's a really talented boy,” said Millers manager Matt Hamshaw. “He's been an ever-present in Celtic's under-21s. He's somebody with huge potential. We're trying to bring down the average age of the group.”
