Robins recieved a boost after Blackpool have confirmed that loanee Marcus Bean can play in tonights Carling Cup game, however wether he will play depends on if the midfielder has recovered from a virus.

Meanwhile he says the team are rady to face our local rivals, "We had a good session yesterday and there was a good feel about the place." he told the Star.

"The players are raring to go. I'll consider it as just another game for us but there's no hiding that it is a big game. We've got a Championship side coming here, they are one of our big city neighbours, our fans are looking forward to it and it's live on television."

"At the time the draw was made, it gave everyone at this club a huge lift when we were still emerging from the inevitable gloom that follows relegation.

"We'd made some new signings but the prospect of this tie as our first home game of the new season seemed to give everyone a lift, it was something positive for our followers to grab hold of and something to look forward to it. Then it got picked as a live game on Sky and it seemed the start of better things for us." he added.

"Of course it will be difficult and we'll have to play well. Wednesday will be smarting from that defeat at Ipswich and they will be determined to put that right. There'll be a good atmosphere and near enough a full house so it should be a good night."

Tickets are still available to fans of both teams, Wednesday still have plenty of tickets for the Community stand, while the Millers had aroudn 500 tickets left and will be on sale until 7:15 tonight to Millers on the database only.
