The Jamal Campbell-Ryce transfer scenario took another twist today when Southend United's official website were reporting that JCR has been taken off the transfer list at his own request, following Rotherham's rejection of their 100k offer. However, there has been no confirmation of this from Rotherham so who knows what is going on!

Pontins
Bore Draw for Reserves.

The reserves were held to a 0-0 bore draw at Blackpool last night. It was a poor game where chances were few and far between with Marc Newsham going closest for Rotherham. Trialists Ellis and Varney both played but failed to shine.

Meanwhile, Dennis Circuit has confirmed that there are no injury worries ahead of the top five clash at Vale Park on Saturday and Michael Keane should be fit to take his place after picking up a knock against Oldham on Monday. Talking to the official site the Rotherham physio said: "It was a big relief all round as you usually get some problem with so many games over a short period of time. The only injury we had was the knock Michael Keane got on his hip at Oldham on Monday but that is OK now and he is in full training again today."
