Rotherham United are NOT one of the clubs to get a bye through to the second round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

The draw was held today to pull out which clubs from the northern and southern halves of the draw would go through to the second round without playing a game. Bury, Carlisle, Darlington, Leeds, Lincoln, Port Vale, Rochdale and Stockport were the names out of the hat, leaving the Millers waiting until the first round draw on August 11 to find out their opponents.

In the southern section, Barnet, Brighton, Bristol Rovers, Cheltenham, Gillingham, Hereford, Milton Keynes Dons and Wycombe will miss out on round one.

The first round ties will be played in the week commencing 3 September 2007.
