Meanwhile Robins believes Tom Cahill's operation yesterday will still see him return in time for the start of the campaign when the Millers travel to Hereford on August 11th - which has been confirmed as a pay on the gate fixture.
He told the Star: "We would have preferred it not to have happened, but we thought it best to get something sorted, if required, as quickly as possible.
"It won't keep him out for long, he should be back in a couple of weeks. He's a young, fit lad and he'll soon catch up.
"I should imagine he'll be ready to go by the time the season starts."
