Todays hearing is brought by CF Booth attempting to get the Millers case against him 'Struck out'.

Millers finance director Giles Brearley explained to the Advertiser; "The Booths are going to try and show that our case is worthless and ask the judge to throw out the case, but even if that happens, we have other options and would go down other legal avenues—we do have a Plan B. We are very determined with this and we will not be throwing in the towel."

Giles was hopeful that the case would go the Millers way, "Our lawyers think there is a case to answer and they are quietly confident." he said.

After months of silence over the court case, it is hoped that some information will be put out in the public domain at the hearing, with Brearley saying; "I have seen the papers and if the fans on the street knew half of what has gone on they would be amazed,"

The whole episode originated from the Booth family taking RUFC to court over late payment of the November rent, which was then paid in December the club claim was agreed with the Booth's. Which the Booths then took the club to court to try and repossess Millmoor, Hooton Lodge and the Rotherham United Suite

The Millers have been paying rent to court and not Booth since the previous court case back in Febuary
