The competition has been totally revamped this year, with a number of new rules. Extra time has been scrapped and any drawn games with go stright to penalty shoot outs.
Conference clubs are also not involved in this years competition, however 16 teams have been given a bye into the second round.
The league have also tried to stop teams from fielding understrength teams in the earliers round of the competition by making clubs to include a majority of the 11 players that have appeared most often in first-team games during the season.
