With Mark Robins' newly created squad back in action and season ticket sales going well, Hall admits that there is a lot of optimism around Millmoor. Talking to the club's official site, www.themillers.co.uk he said: "As a football club we hope to progress on and off the field. This is almost like a new start for the club.

"We have the right management team and have added ten exciting players that are chomping at the bit to start the new season and hopefully have a promotion push this campaign."
Optimistic

Hall, the latest addition to the Millers board, thanks the fans for their loyal support but warns that the club needs more of the same. "We need the fans to back the club again this year. The board and management team would like to thank all the supporters that have bought season tickets this season and urge others to do the same.

There is a real feeling of optimism within the club and we need the supporters to keep this going from the first whistle to the last."

Millers fans have just seven days to wait until the team makes it's first public appearance in a friendly away at Altrincham next weekend.
