Millers clarify database saga

Points have been raised on our messageboard this week around fans attempting to buy tickets for their friends or family who may not be registered on the clubs ticket database for the game against Leeds a week next Wednesday.

Supporters initially not on the database have been refused sale of tickets for the game, or the other circumstance has arisen where a season ticket holder or database member can purchase tickets for him or herself but not for friends as they cannot prove who the tickets are for.

The club have now confirmed that ticket sales are limited to one per database member for the all ticket clash, on the advise of South Yorkshire police.

Supporters wanting to attend the game who are not on the database have the option to:

A. Pre-buy a ticket for the Grimsby home game on the 4th October (or produce the stub at a later date) at the ticket office when purchasing a Leeds ticket

or B. Fill out a data capture form available from the turnstiles at Don Valley and drop it off at the ticket office to be added to the database, allowing you to purchase a ticket.

Tickets remain on sale until the day of the game, 8th October, up until 2.30pm.
