When the last board - Millers05 took over the deal involved Ken Booth buying the ground and the clubs training ground in exchange for clearing the clubs overdraft of £3million.

However this has since left the club in a perilous predicament with it not being able to loan money against it, and it also faces the risk of being booted out in 9 years time despite being having a 25 year lease on the ground.

Speaking to the Yorkshire Post, new chairman Dennis Coleman said, "Ideally, we want to be in a situation where the football club owns the ground, We will be talking to Ken Booth about that situation in the next few days."
"There is a shortfall of around £2.5m on the stand, for which contracts are in place, and that stand will be essential in providing future streams of income for the club." Coleman added.

Meanwhile Phil Henson who quit last week has been replaced by accountant Paul Douglas as the club's new chief executive.

The post also reports that Coleman and Maccio are in talks with another local businessman who could join the board as a non-executive director in the next few days.
