Match Preview - Walsall Fc

Paul Merson has brought in a few new faces for the Saddlers, Paul Smith (Gillingham), Daniel Fox (Everton), Chris Westwood (Hartlepool), Craig Pead (Coventry City), Steve Staunton (Coventry), Anthony Gerrard (Everton) have all joined although some Walsall fans are worried about the lack of firepower.
 

Firepower is now the only thing that also worries the Millers, with just Martin Butler and new signing Deon Burton as the only 2 experience strikers, although Will Hoskins has a big season in front of him and told the fans at the RUST fans forum that he is hoping to break through and score goal as thats his job. The 19 year old has just recieved another England under 20's call up for their game in Russia in 12 days time.

Mick Harford only has the  one injury scare and thats Michael Keane who is expected to miss out after suffering from a hamstring injury for the last 3 weeks which has kept him out of the pre-season games.

New signing Neil Cutler, signed today from Stockport County will have to make do with a place on the bench.

The Millers expected line-up is Montgomery, Worrell, Barker, Murdock, Minto, Campbell-Ryce, McLaren, Williamson, Robertson, Butler, Burton.

The Millers are asking for season ticket holders from the old main stand to arrive early to avoid any confusion with the new seating arrangements.
