Marked improvement under Kenny - Taylor

Ever-present Taylor looked back on the week or so that Jackett's been in charge of the Millers and said; "Kenny was only in for a day before the Reading game, but he has already got us more organised, so we are only going to get better as a team, so we can't wait to work with him."

"We've been scoring goals and we've had to score a lot of goals to win a game but I think if we defend better as a team and keep more of a solid shape, then we will definitely start winning games.

Taylor has 3 goals under his name so far this season, but he's not happy unless the teams winning; "I don't care about scoring a few goals because they have not counted for anything, If I score and it earns us points, then I will be happy. Obviously, it's been hard so far because we've been at the bottom of the league and we only have a few points but I'm confident that I can score a few more and as a side, we can start climbing the league."

Jon looked back at the 2-2 draw at Ipswich; "It's devastating to concede in the last few minutes of the game, but I thought we defended well and better than we did in the previous games, The lads were full of belief that we were going to get a result, but unfortunately it did not work out for us. However, our performance will hold us in good stead going forward."
