Luton game is biggest game of the season - Cummins

Midfielder Micky Cummins tells todays 'Tiser that tomorrows clash with Luton Town is massive.

"Along with Bournemouth, Luton was one of the first games we were looking for when the fixture list came out, Players tend to look at the Boxing Day games and the New Year's games first but the bigger issue for us was getting back to zero points and getting better results than Luton and Bournemouth week in, week out and beating them home and away, so tomorrow is going to be one of our biggest games in the league this season." he told the 'Tiser

"It's another home game and we want to stay unbeaten at Don Valley and rectify last week's result. Luton won last week so we've got to be on our toes. I don't know what's going on down there and I can only speak about our club. We're nearly getting it right on the field. We're getting ever close to the zero points and we've got a cup run going."

Cummins looked back at last weekends 2-2 draw against Rochdale; "We were awful, We lacked ideas and tried to hit it forward too early. We didn't set out to play that way but if teams come and stop you playing and you don't get the rub of the green-the referee was awful-then things go against you."

"We work on a lot of short passing in training and it didn't seem to come off but to be fair to Rochdale they're a decent side and they'll be there or thereabouts come of the end of the season."

"We played poorly but ground out a result and could have won it in the end. Credit to Reuben. You can't put anything past the kid. He did great for us again. He didn't have his best game but he grounded out a goal for himself."
