The Millers stoppers place was under the spotlight after several mistakes in recent weeks, but boss Andy Scott kept faith with Logan for Saturday's win at Bradford - which saw him save the second of two injury time penalties from Michael Flynn.
But despite the pressure on him, Logan says he never considered losing the number one spot and was confident he could prevent Flynn from levelling the scores at 3-3.
“The first one he’d struck down the middle. I’d a good idea he might change next time and I mentioned to him not to go back down the middle again - just trying to psyche him out. It’s a bit of mind games," said Logan to the Star.
“I had an idea what he might do and I do have my own little ways, my own techniques but I won’t be saying what they are. I saved three or four when I was at Bristol Rovers last season and I backed myself here although it’s a lottery really because penalties can go anywhere.
"To be fair there’s no pressure on a goalkeeper, they’ve nothing to lose. I wouldn’t like to be standing there 12 yards away trying to score in the last minute - I’d rather be in goal trying to save it."
Logan added; “I didn’t think about being left out. I come in, work and train hard and felt good and sharp going into the game."
