Saturday 18th March

Rotherham United supporter Mark Hitchens is staging a sponsored walk to the Millers game at Huddersfield Town on Saturday 18th March when he has set a target of £10,000.

He needs as many football fans as possible to take part in the walk, not only Rotherham supporters but any one who wants our club to get through this and have a future.

The walk is approximately 25 miles and will be leaving Millmoor at 3am Saturday morning hopefully to reach Huddersfield at around 12noon. Mark is also looking for three support drivers to help with their own vehicles (minibus or van if possible) to give support to the walkers and carry bags etc.It would be great to get around 200-300 people walking and everyone is welcome. Please contact Mark Hitchens on 07765027775 or email mark.hitchens2@btinternet.com

If you are organising your own event please let us know by calling 01709 512434 or emailing stmc@rotherhamunited.net, so we can tell everybody else.
