The Millers disposed of Moore on Tuesday after a run of poor form and placed Andy Liddell and Paul Warne in charge until the end of the season.
The duo have promised changes to the side following an inept showing during the 5-0 thrashing at Chesterfield, which turned out to be Moore's last game in charge.
Nick Fenton is likely to be available after missing the last two games with a groin problem and could go straight into the side in the heart of defence.
Only goalkeeper Andy Warrington should be safe from the potential chop, with Mark Randall, Omar Daley, Liam Henderson, Danny Harrison, Mark Bradley, Dale Tonge and Tom Newey all hoping for starts.
Defender Jamie Green could also be involved after he returned from a successful loan spell at Boston.
