Law - I want to add goals to my game

Law has been operating wide right this season but looking to cut infield to try and get more involved, and says he's always looking to improve and build up his stamina, hoping the goals will arrive.

He said: "I've been doing some work at home to build up and get stronger because the higher you get, the more you need to do that. Technically I feel I can play higher and that's what I want to do but it's no good having the skills and not using them and getting knocked off the ball.

"The same goes for scoring goals—I'm really disappointed I haven't been scoring and that's why I've been trying to get more involved by coming inside. Sometimes there is a lot of long ball in this league and as a wide man it is tough to get into the game.

"As a team we decided last year that me and Kev were doing too much defending. Sometimes we were too deep and picking up the ball in the rightback position and it is hard to have an affect on the game back there.

"This year we are that little bit higher and we are attacking more as a team and I think we are getting the ball down and playing a bit more as well. We're creating a lot of chances and putting them away."

Law will face his old club Bradford on Tuesday night, and said he's looking forward to it, adding: "Obviously I'm looking forward to Bradford. They're a massive club and they'll bring a great crowd down and it's a Tuesday night so it will be a good atmosphere as well.

"What with Chesterfield to play also, there's two huge games to come and they're the sort you want to be playing in. Along with Shrewsbury, I think these will be our toughest matches so far. Chesterfield will fancy themselves coming here but we are confident because we have only lost once in the league ourselves so far.

"They are two attacking sides, that's for sure. Hopefully there will be plenty of goals but not too many against."
