Knilly's view's on England boss debate

Speaking to Radio Sheffield in his weekly interview, Knill was asked about his thoughts on Scolari being offered the England hot seat.

"Being Welsh I could'nt really care that much!" Knill joked, but went on to say, "I'd be dissapointed if they gave it to a foreigner. I think its an englishmans job. Of the three candidates of McLaren, Allardyce and Curbishley, I've always thought Curbishley is good, the only thing that holds him back is that he's not at a fasionable club. If he was he'd be in."

"I just think it should be an englishman, you've had a foreign manager and although results have been ok, I'm not sure its worked completely well. You just want somebody with the same passion as english people have. I know Scolari has that, you see him on the touchline. But I just think its an Englishmans job." he added.

So from that he's ruling himself out of the running then.....
