Speaking to www.themillers.co.uk, he explained: "I thought we played really well against Swansea, the effort and resilience from everyone was superb.

"After the Boxing Day match against Oldham, I felt disappointed, especially in the first half. We have been successful at stopping teams and playing in their half and we need to get back to that.

"The squad is still looking a little bit thin on the ground. We still have injuries to Michael Keane, Paul Hurst and Colin Murdock and several other players are fighting to be fit for the match against Orient.

"Ian Sharps picked up a booking at Swansea which means he is suspended for the game. Lee Williamson is making good progress and we hope that we can include him in the squad - we will have to see what happens with our other injured players.

"Gregor Robertson limped out of the match against Oldham, we are not quite sure whether he will be fit, and we are still not sure about Pablo Mills.

"Leyton Orient will be tough, they may be near the bottom with us, but recently they have put together some terrific results which just shows what they can do. They have some very good players, so both sides can expect a really tough afternoon."
