Knill looking to bring players in.

Knilly has been doing his homework all season, and today told the Rotherham Star; "We have been looking at targets for January since October," said the Millers boss. A number of phone calls were put in last week and I'm hopeful we'll be doing something soon."

However it is unlikely that any deal to bring in players will be done this week as the Millers have no game this Saturday.

It looks like Knill will again be targeting younger players as his reputation for bringing on players increases, "We have young players here attracting attention from bigger clubs so we must be doing something right. We've had inquiries and offers regarding two players and another two who have come in and done well have had people looking at them." he said

Knill went on to say, "It's good for us as a football club and good for the players - they know they are going to get coached and we will give them the opportunity to go on to better things."

With Dave Hibbert leaving the club after the game at Tranmere on New Years Day, Knill will be looking to bring in a replacement striker or take the chance to blood young striker Marc Newsham. However should Will Hoskins also leave, then Knill will surely be forced into bring in a new striker.

Would Chelsea let Shevchenko come on 6 month loan??... and pay his wages??
